Annual report.

§ 233. Annual report. The Director shall submit to the President and the Congress, prior to March 1 of each year which begins after the enactment of this title, a written report on the activities of the Office. The report shall specify the objectives, activities, and accomplishments of the Office, and shall contain an accounting of funds expended pursuant to this title.
