Functions of the Council.

§ 255. Functions of the Council. (a) The Council shall, from time to time, make recommendations to the Director With respect to overall planning and policy and the objectives and priorities for all Federal drug abuse prevention functions, (b) The Council may make recommendations to the Director with respect to the conduct of, or need for, any drug abuse prevention functions which are or in its judgment should be conducted by or with the support of the Federal Government.
