Bureau of Mines helium fund The Secretary is authorized to borrow from the Treasury for payment to the helium production fund pursuant to section 12(a) of the Helium Act to carry out the provisions of the Act and contractual 86 Stat. 168obligations thereunder, including helium purchases, to remain in available without fiscal year limitation, $45,300,000, in addition to amounts heretofore authorized to be borrowed (50 U.S.C. 167: 74 Stat. 918).
