title 6, united sates code Sec. 203. Title 6, United States Code, relating to official and penal bonds, is modified as follows: (1) sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 14 are repealed; (2) the last sentence of section 0 is amended by striking out “Except with respect to bonds obtained under section 14 of this title, no” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “No”; (3) the table of sections of such title is amended by striking out the items relating to sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 14; and (4) the title of such title 6 which reads “Title 6—Official and Penal Bonds” is amended to read “Title 6—Surety Bonds”.
