title 44, united sates code Sec. 210. (a) (1) The last sentence of section 301 of title 44, United States Code, relating to the bond of the Public Printer, is repealed. (2) The section heading of such section 301 is amended by striking out“; bond”. (3) The item relating to section 301 in the table of sections of chapter 3 of such title 44 is amended by striking out “; bond”. (b) Section 308(b) of title 44, United States Code, relating to the bond of a disbursing officer of the Government Printing Office, is amended— (1) by striking out in the first sentence “, his estate, or the surety on his official bond,” and inserting in lieu thereof “or his estate”; and (2) by striking out in the second sentence “and the sureties upon his bond are” and inserting in lieu thereof “is”.
