title 17, united states code Sec. 233. The Art entitled “An Act to authorize payment of expenses of the Washington-Alaska Military Cable and Telegraph System out of receipts of such system as an operating expense”, approved May 20, 1926 (44 Stat. 576; 47 U.S.C. 16), is amended by striking out “; and the expenses of procuring necessary official bonds, as determined by the Secretary of the Army, of enlisted men employed in connection with such money transfers, shall be paid out of the receipts of such system as an operating expense”.
