Section 6 of the Act entitled “An Art to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes”, approved October 6, 1917 (40 Stat. 415; 50 App. U.S.C. 6), relating to the bond of the alien property custodian, is amended by striking out “The alien property custodian shall give such bond or bonds, and in such form and amount, and with such security as the President shall prescribe.”.
