(a) Section 161(a)(1) of the Vocational Education Act of 1963 is amended by striking out “the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972” and inserting in lieu thereof “each of the succeeding fiscal years ending prior to July 1, 1975”. (b) Section 161(c) of such Act is amended by striking out “and the two succeeding” and inserting in lieu thereof “and the five succeeding”.
