extension of the emergency insured student loan act of 1969 Sec. 134. (a) Section 2(a)(7) of the Emergency Insured Student Loan Act of 1969 is amended by striking out “July 1, 1971” and inserting in lieu thereof “July 1, 1974”. (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall be effective on and after July 1, 1971.
