SEC. 338. MEMBERSHIP ON EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS ADVISORY COmmittee FOR PERSIAN GULF WAR VETERAN Section 1792(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out “and the post-Vietnam era” in the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “the post-Vietnam era, and the Persian Gulf War”.
