Sec. 201. (a) Section 4(a) of the National Capital Transportation Act of 1969 (D.C. Code, sec. 1–1443(a)) is amended (1) by striking out “$216,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$269,700,000”, and (2) by striking out “$166,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$219,700,000”. (b) Paragraph (3) of subsection (b) of the first section of the Act of June 6, 1958 (D.C. Code, sec. 9–220(b)(3)) is amended (1) by striking out “$216,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$269,700,000”, and (2) by striking out “$166,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$219,700,000”.
