AUTHORIZATION FROM DEFENSE COOPERATION ACCOUNT

SEC. 203. AUTHORIZATION FROM DEFENSE COOPERATION ACCOUNT (a) Authorization.— In addition to authorizations under section 101, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated from the Defense Cooperation Account such sums as may be necessary for increases in military personnel costs for fiscal years 1991 through 1995 resulting from the exercise of the authorities provided in section 201. Such increases in costs are incremental costs associated with Operation Desert Storm. (b) Use of Funds.— Funds appropriated to the Persian Gulf Conflict Working Capital Account pursuant to section 102(b) may be used for the purposes described in subsection (a) to the extent provided in section 102(c). (c) Reporting.— Funds obligated for the purposes described in subsection (a) shall be included in the reports required by section 106.
