Office of Telecommunications Policy salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the conduct of telecommunications functions assigned to the Director of Telecommunications Policy, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $3,000,000: Provided, That not to exceed $1,025,000 of the foregoing amount shall remain available for telecommunications studies and research until expended.
