SEC. 205. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAWS (a) Relationship to Other Waiver Authorities.— The authority provided in section 201(a) is in addition to the waiver authority provided in sections 401(c) and 411(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510) and the waiver authority provided in section 115(c)(1) of title 10, United States Code. (b) Relationship to Other Suspension Authority.— The authority provided in section 201(b) is in addition to the authority provided in section 527 of title 10, United States Code.
