United States Secret Service salaries and expenses For necessary expenses for the operation of the United States Secret Service, including purchase (not to exceed seventy-seven for police-type use for replacement only) and hire of passenger motor vehicles; hire of aircraft; and training and assistance requested by State and local governments which may be provided without reimbursement; and not to exceed $50,000 for unforeseen emergencies of a confidential character, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of the Treasury and accounted for solely on his certificate; $62,650,000.
