ADDITIONAL TRANSFER AUTHORITY

SEC. 103. ADDITIONAL TRANSFER AUTHORITY The amount of the transfer authority provided in section 1401 of Public Law 101–510 is hereby increased by the amount of such transfers as the Secretary of Defense makes pursuant to law (other than Public Law 101–511) to make adjustments among amounts provided in titles I and II of Public Law 101–511 due to incremental costs associated with Operation Desert Storm.
