SEC. 803. APPLICABILITY OF RECURRING GENERAL PROVISIONS The provisions contained in part B of title XXXI of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1829) shall apply with respect to the authorizations provided in this title in the same manner as such provisions apply with respect to the authorizations provided in title XXXI of such Act.
