Sec. 202. (a) Section 3 of the Act of July 11, 1947 (D.C. Code, sec. 4—183a), is amended by striking out “on the effective date of this section”. (c) Section 4 of such Act (D.C. Code, sec. 4–183b) is amended by striking out “on September 22, 1959”. (d) The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
