Retort.—

Sec. 403. Retort.—The Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the President within two years after the date of enactment of this title a written report detailing the contribution of the rural fire protection program toward achieving the purposes of this title. The Secretary shall also include in such report such recommendations regarding the rural fire protection program as he deems appropriate. The President shall transmit the report to the Congress for review and appropriate action.
