Rural Enterprise Loans—

Sec. 102. Rural Enterprise Loans—Section 304 of the Consolidated Farmers Home Administration Act of 1961 is amended by— (1) inserting “(a)” before the first sentence and striking out “ (a) ” and “ (b) ” in the first sentence; and 86 Stat. 658 (2) adding at the end of section a new subsection as follows: “(b) Loans may also be made or insured under this subtitle to residents of rural areas without regard to the requirements of clauses (2) and (3) of section 302 to acquire or establish in rural areas small business enterprises to provide such residents with essential income.”
