Escrow Payments.—

Sec. 114. Escrow Payments.—Section 307(a) of the Consolidated Farmers Home Administration Act of 1961 is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “, and borrowers under this title shall prepay to the Secretary as escrow agent such taxes and insurance as lie may require, on such terms and conditions as he may prescribe”.
