authorization Sec. 111. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title $5,000,000 for fiscal year ending June 30, 1973; $9,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974; and $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975.
