DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR Bureau of Reclamation construction program For an additional amount for “Construction program” to meet the emergency needs for areas stricken by drought, $25,000,000, to remain available until expended. Of the amount appropriated under this heading in the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 1991 (Public Law 101–514), up to $11,930,000 shall be available for Buffalo Bill Dam Modification, Wyoming, as proposed in the United States Department of the Interior Budget Justifications, fiscal year 1991, for the Bureau of Reclamation.
