Sec. 315. Section 1784 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by— (1) striking out “34 or 35” and inserting in lieu thereof “34, 35, or 36” in subsection (a) and in the first sentence of subsection (b); (2) inserting “or eligible persons” after “veterans” in the second sentence of subsection (b);and (3) striking out “enrolled under chapter 34 of this title, plus the number or eligible persons enrolled under chapter 35 of this title” and inserting in lieu thereof “or eligible persons enrolled under chapters 34, 35, and 36 of this title, or $4 in the case of those eligible veterans and eligible persons whose educational assistance checks are directed in care of each institution for temporary custody and delivery and are delivered at the time of registration as provided under section 1780(d)(5) of this title” in subsection (b).
