Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service salaries and expenses (including transfers of funds) For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses”, not to exceed $13,000,000, to be derived from the Agricultural Quarantine Inspection User Fee Account, to be available to carry out inspection, quarantine, and regulatory activities. Of the amount previously made available under this account for the control of outbreaks of insects, plant diseases, animal diseases and for control of pest animals and birds to the extent necessary to meet emergency conditions, up to $1,000,000 shall be used to carry out, in coordination with the Maine Department of Agriculture, an 105 STAT. 147inspection, quarantine, eradication, and control program in the State of Maine concerning the necrotic strain of potato virus Y (PVY-N).
