Cooperative State Research Service Of the $62,867,000 provided in Public Law 101–506 for grants to States and other eligible recipients under the Cooperative State Research Service Buildings and Facilities account, $93,000 is transferred to the Special Research Grants program of the Cooperative State Research Service for the University of Maine to purchase necessary scientific instrumentation to assist in carrying out agricultural research under the Act of August 4, 1965, as amended (7 U.S.C. 450i).
