Sec. 802. Subsection (a)(1) of section 401 of Public Law 89–367, as amended by section 601 (b) of Public Law 92–136, is hereby amended by deleting “$2,500,000,000” and inserting “$2,735,000,000” in lieu thereof. This Act may be cited as the “Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1973”.
