determining eligibility for assistance under title xix for certain individuals Sec. 249E. For purposes of section 1902(a) (10) of the Social Security Act any individual who, for the month of August 1972, was eligible for or receiving aid or assistance under a State plan approved under title I, X, XIV, or XVI, or part A of title IV of such Act and who for such month was entitled to monthly insurance benefits under title II of such Act shall be deemed to be eligible for such aid or assistance for any month thereafter prior to October 1974 if such individual would have been eligible for such aid or assistance for such month had the increase in monthly insurance benefits under title II of such Act resulting from enactment of Public Law 92–336 not been applicable to such individual.
