(a) Section 1905(a) (14) of the Social Security Act is amended to read as follows: 86 Stat. 1460 “(14) inpatient hospital services, skilled nursing home services, and intermediate care facility services for individuals 65 years of age or over in an institution for tuberculosis or mental diseases;” “(b) The amendment, made by this section shall apply with respect to services furnished after December 31, 1972.
