increase of amounts in trust funds available to fay costs of rehabilitation services Sec. 131. The first sentence of section 222(d)(1) of the Social Security Act (as amended by section 107(b) (4) of this Act) is further amended by striking out “except that the total amount so made available pursuant to this subsection in any fiscal year may not exceed 1 percent of the total of the benefits under section 202(d) for children who have attained age 18 and are under a disability” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “except that the total amount so made available pursuant to this subsection may not exceed— “(i) 1 percent in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, “(ii) 1.25 percent in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973. “(iii) 1.5 percent in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and thereafter, of the total of the benefits under section 202(d) for children who have attained age 18 and are under a disability”.
