Sec. 103. Section 105 of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3135) is amended by striking out the period at the end thereof and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the following: “and not to exceed $800,000,000 per fiscal year for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1972, and June 30, 1973. Any amounts authorized for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, under this section but not appropriated may be appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973. Not less than 25 per centum nor more than 35 per centum of all appropriations made for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1972, and June 30, 1973, under authority of the preceding sentences 85 Stat. 167shall be expended in redevelopment areas designated as such under section 401(a)(6) of this Act.”
