national volunteer programs to assist small businesses and promote volunteer service by persons with business experience Sec. 503. There are authorized to be appropriated $208,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and such sums as may be necessary each for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1975, and June 30, 1976, respectively, for the purpose of carrying out programs under title III of this Act.
