Environmental Financing Authority Fund

Environmental Financing Authority Fund advances to the environmental financing authority fund For advances by the Secretary of the Treasury to provide initial capital for the Environmental Financing Authority, $100,000,000, to remain available without fiscal year limitation. In addition, the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to purchase not to exceed $200,000,000 of the obligations of the Authority issued pursuant to subsection (g) of the Environmental Financing Act of 1972 (section 12 of Public Law 92–500), and to purchase such further amounts of such obligations as may be necessary to permit the Authority to make timely payment of principal and interest on its obligations sold to purchasers other than the Secretary of the Treasury.
