(a) The Commission shall, from time to time, submit interim reports to the Congress and to the President regarding its duties under this title, and shall include in any such reports its findings together with such recommendations for administrative or legislative action as the Commission considers advisable. (b) The Commission shall submit its final report to the Congress and to the President not more than twenty-four months after the appointment of the Commission. Such report shall include all interim reports and the final findings and recommendations of the Commission. (c) The Commission shall cease to exist sixty days after the submission of its final report.
