Customs Court salaries and expenses For salaries of the chief judge and eight judges; salaries of the officers and employees of the court; services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109; and necessary expenses of the court, including exchange of books and traveling expenses, as may be approved by the court; $2,341,000: Provided, That traveling expenses of judges of the Customs Court shall be paid upon written certificate of the judge.
