SEC. 306. PROCEDURE FOR EVICTING VIOLENT SPOUSES. Section 303(a)(2)(F) (42 U.S.C. 10402(a)(2)(F)) is amended to read as follows: 106 STAT. 202 “(F) provide documentation to the Secretary that the State has a law or procedure that has been implemented for the eviction of an abusing spouse from a share household;”.
