SEC. 314. EVALUATION AND REPORT TO CONGRESS. Section 306 (42 U.S.C. 10405) is amended— (1) by inserting “and every two years thereafter,” after “the first time after the date of the enactment of this title,”; (2) by striking out “assurances” and inserting in lieu thereof “documentation”; and (3) by striking out “303(a)(2)(F)” and inserting in lieu “303(a)(2)(B) through 303(a)(2)(F)”.
