SEC. 123. STATE ELIGIBILITY. Section 204 (42 U.S.C. 5116c) is amended— (1) by striking out “or other funding mechanism”; and (2) by striking out “which is available only for child” and all that follows through the end thereof, and inserting “which includes (in whole or in part) legislative provisions making funding available only for the broad range of child abuse and neglect prevention activities.”.
