The Secretary shall transmit to the Congress at least annually a detailed report setting forth the activities conducted under this title, including information derived from evaluations required by this title and information on the extent to which (1) participants in such activities subsequently’ secure and retain public or private employment or participate in training or employability development programs. (2) .segments of the population of unemployed persons are provided public service opportunities in accordance with the purposes of this title.
