Procurement or Ammunition, Army For construction, procurement, production, and modification of ammunition, and accessories therefor; specialized equipment and training devices; expansion of public and private plants, including the land necessary therefor, without regard to section 4774, title 10, United States Code, for the foregoing purposes, and such hinds and interest therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title as required by section 355, Revised Statutes, as amended; and procurement and installation of equipment, appliances, and machine tools in public and private plants; and other expenses necessary for the foregoing purposes; $784,300,000, and in addition. $146,100,000, of which $100,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the Army Stock Fund, and $46,100,000 which shall be derived by transfer from “Procurement of Ammunition, Army, 1973/1975”, to remain available for obligation until June 30, 1976.
