Foreign Military Credit Sales For expenses not otherwise provided for, necessary to enable the President to carry out the provisions of the Foreign Military Sales Act. $325,000,000: Provided, That of the amount provided for the total aggregate credit sale ceiling during the current fiscal year, not less than $300,000,000 shall be allocated to Israel.
