Emergency Military Assistance for Cambodia For emergency military assistance for Cambodia, $150,000,000: Provided, That the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be accounted for in accordance with section 108 of the Mutual Security Appropriation Act, 1956 (69 Stat. 438), as amended: Provided further,That the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be available only upon enactment into law of authorizing legislation.
