Sec. 103. The project for the Kansas River, Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado, authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1180, 1187) is hereby modified to provide that the Secretary of the Army, 88 Stat. 42acting through the Chief of Engineers, is authorized to relocate the existing FAS 1343 crossing over the Vermilion Creek, as required for the Onaga Lake project, in advance of construction of such project.
