Sec. 30. The project for enlargement of Lavon Reservoir on the East Fork of the Trinity River, Texas, authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1962, is hereby modified to authorize the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to provide a crossing and approaches at Tic key Creek and suitable surfacing to permit all-weather use of Collin County Road 115, at a cost not to exceed $800,000.
