Sec. 35. The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineer’s, is authorized and directed to make a detailed study of such plans as he may deem feasible and appropriate for the removal and disposal of debris and obsolete buildings remaining as a result of military construction in World War II in the vicinities of Port Heiden, Cold Bay, Unalaska, and Unmak Island, in the Aleutian Islands, Alaska. Such study shall include an analysis of appropriate measures to restore these areas to their natural condition. The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, is directed to report the findings of such study to Congress within one year after the date of enactment of this section.
