Sec. 47. The project for Wynoochee Dam and Lake, Wynoochee River, Washington, authorized by the Flood Control Act approved October 23, 1962 (76 Stat. 1193). is hereby modified to provide that the Secret an’ of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, is authorized and directed to transfer to the State of Washington, as a part of project costs, an amount not to exceed $696,000 for construction of fish hatchery facilities for prevention of losses of natural spawning areas for anadromous trout occasioned by project construction.
