(a) Section 301 of the Comprehensive Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Prevention, Treatment, and Rehabilitation Act of 1970 is amended by inserting immediately after “for each of the next two fiscal years” the following: “, $80,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and $80,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976,”. (b) The section heading for such section is amended to read as follows: “authorization for formula grants”.
