conforming amendment Sec. 704. (a) The first sentence of section 705(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 is amended by striking out “303” the first time it appears in such sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “304” and by striking out “303” the second time it appears in such sentence and inserting in lieu thereof, “305”. (b) Section 705(a)(1) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 is amended by striking out “303” and inserting in lieu thereof “304”. (c) Title VII of the Older Americans Act of 1965 is amended by striking out “Secretary” wherever in such title the term refers to the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, and inserting in lieu thereof “Commissioner”.
