Books for the Blind and Physically Handicapped For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses, books for the blind and physically handicapped”, $40,600. Administrative Provision Funds available to the Library of Congress may be expended to provide additional parking facilities for Library of Congress employees in an area or areas in the District of Columbia outside the limits of the Library of Congress grounds, and to provide for transportation of such employees to and from such area or areas and the Library of Congress grounds without regard to the limitations imposed by 31 U.S.C. 638a(c)(2).
