Interstate Commerce Commission salaries and expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses”, $3,500,000, of which $3,400,000 shall remain available until June 30, 1975, for necessary expenses of the Rail Services Planning Office to carry out the powers and duties authorized by the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973. United States Railway Association administrative expenses For an additional amount for “Administrative expenses”, $12,000,000, to remain available until June 30, 1975. Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority federal contribution For an additional amount for “Federal contribution”, to enable the Department of Transportation to pay the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, $13,600,000, to remain available until expended, for the design, construction, procurement, and installation of elevators for the handicapped in all stations of a rapid rail transit system as authorized by the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1973 (Public Law 93–87 approved August 13, 1973).
